تعتبر هذه المقدمة جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذه الاتفاقية.
This introduction is considered an integral part of this agreement.
يتحمل طالب الفحص و/أو مالك المركبة كامل المسؤولية عن الفحص، وعن أي أضرار قد تلحق بالمركبة نتيجة ذلك، ولا يحق له الرجوع على المركز أو الشركة بأي حال من الأحوال.
The inspection applicant and/or vehicle owner bear full responsibility for the inspection and any damages that may occur to the vehicle as a result, and have no right to claim against the center or company under any circumstances.
نتيجة الفحص تعبّر فقط عن حالة المركبة وقت الفحص، ولا يتحمل المركز أي مسؤولية عن تغيّر حالتها بعد خروجها من موقع الفحص.
The inspection result reflects only the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection, and the center bears no responsibility for any changes to its condition after leaving the inspection site.
يحق للشركة إعادة بيع تقرير الفحص دون ذكر اسم مالك المركبة أو المشتري.
The company has the right to resell the inspection report without mentioning the vehicle owner's or buyer's name.
من المعلوم أن بعض القطع المركبة في أجزاء المركبة والمبدّلة سابقاً لا يمكن التأكد من أصالتها إذا كانت تعمل بشكل طبيعي، خاصة القطع المغطاة بغطاء بلاستيكي مثل المحرك وبطارية الهايبرد وناقل الحركة، ولا تُذكر في التقرير إلا إذا كانت ظاهرة أو كشف عنها الجهاز.
It is known that some installed parts in the vehicle that were previously replaced cannot be verified for authenticity if they function normally, especially parts covered with plastic covers such as the engine, hybrid battery, and transmission, and are only mentioned in the report if visible or detected by equipment.
يسقط حق طالب الفحص أو مالك المركبة في الاعتراض على نتيجة الفحص أو مقارنتها بمراكز فحص أخرى أو بأي معيار آخر.
The inspection applicant or vehicle owner forfeits the right to object to the inspection result or compare it with other inspection centers or any other standard.
لا يتحمل المركز أي مسؤولية عن إصلاح المركبة أو عن أي أعطال ناتجة عن الفحص أو أعطال مستقبلية أو مخفية لم تظهر وقت الفحص.
The center bears no responsibility for repairing the vehicle or for any faults resulting from the inspection, or future or hidden faults that did not appear at the time of inspection.
لا يتحمل المركز مسؤولية رقم المحرك أو رقم الشاصي أو أي عبث بهما، فذلك من اختصاص الجهات الحكومية المختصة.
The center does not bear responsibility for the engine number or chassis number or any tampering with them, as this is the jurisdiction of the relevant government authorities.
المركز غير مسؤول عن الأعطال الميكانيكية أو التسريبات أو الحوادث التي لم تظهر وقت الفحص أو التي لم يلحظها المشتري أو البائع.
The center is not responsible for mechanical faults, leaks, or accidents that did not appear at the time of inspection or were not noticed by the buyer or seller.
يحق للمركز استخدام رقم الشاصي ورقم المحرك والعداد لأغراض الفحص فقط دون أن يلحق ذلك أي ضرر بالمشتري أو البائع.
The center has the right to use the chassis number, engine number, and odometer for inspection purposes only without causing any harm to the buyer or seller.
لا يتحمل المركز مسؤولية المعلومات الواردة في بيان التعريب داخل المركبة والمتعلقة بتاريخها داخل الإمارات أو خارجها، ويتحمل مصدر هذه المعلومات المسؤولية الكاملة عنها.
The center does not bear responsibility for the information in the Arabization statement inside the vehicle related to its history inside or outside the Emirates, and the source of this information bears full responsibility for it.
يتحمل المركز مسؤولية النقاط التي تم فحصها فقط، ولا يعتبر مسؤولاً عن أي معلومات أو ملاحظات ظاهرة وغير مدرجة في التقرير.
The center bears responsibility for the points that were inspected only, and is not considered responsible for any visible information or observations not included in the report.
يتم فحص العداد بناءً على الأجهزة أو تاريخ الفحوصات السابقة إذا توفرت، وفي حال عدم ظهور مؤشر لأي خلل.
The odometer is inspected based on equipment or previous inspection history if available, and in the absence of any indicator of malfunction.
